Q: What are your store hours?
A: Unfortunately, we don't have a traditional brick-and-mortar retail store. We DO have a studio that is open for scheduled events and open shopping hours occasionally. Check the TE Studio page for details about upcoming classes and open shopping events.
You always have the option to shop 24/7 at our Web Store (happyjuku.info) and pick up for free from our office during regular business hours (Monday-Thursday, 8:30am - 4:30pm; Friday, 8:30am - 3pm). To do this, select "Local Pickup" from the shipping options when you check out.
Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.
Q: Do you collect sales tax?
A: As of Oct. 1, 2018, sales tax is applicable to residents in the following states: Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Washington and Wisconsin.
Q: Where can I find discount codes or information about upcoming sales?
A: All special offers and discount codes are published in the TE e-newsletter and on our social media pages. Visit our Home Page to subscribe to the newsletter or link to any of our social media accounts.
Q: I forgot my account password - how do I get a new one?
A: Click on the “Reset My Password” link from the Customer Login page and follow the directions on the screen. If you do not receive an email within two minutes, please check your spam or junk folder, as the email may have landed there. If you continue to have issues, please contact [email protected].
Q: Why is your website loading pages and items so slowly?
A: Our website is optimized to load pages very quickly, and we are always seeking ways to make them load even faster. During peak traffic days, such as release days, pages may take a little longer to load. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you and will continue to look for ways we can improve your experience on our site.
One thing you can do to optimize your experience on our website is to keep your browser up to date. The following is a list of recommended browsers to use with our website:

Q: Where else can I buy Taylored Expressions products?
A: We offer stamps, dies and other products for wholesale, and keep a list of stores that carry our products on our Store Locator page. If you are a wholesaler who would like to partner with Taylored Expressions, please visit our page and complete an application to open an account.
Q: Does Taylored Expressions offer publication incentives?
A: Yes! Taylored Expressions offers store credit for projects published in the following papercrafting magazines:

To qualify for our publication incentive, your project must:
Use Taylored Expressions products for the majority of the images and/or dies in your published creation (sentiments only are not eligible).
Credit Taylored Expressions in the supply list.
If you believe your project meets the criteria stated above, you may request a publication incentive by submitting a color copy, scanned pdf or URL link (if magazine is digital and free) of the specific page in the publication that features your artwork. Email your submission within one month of the publication date to [email protected].
Each qualifying project will receive $25 in store credit, with a maximum of $100 in store credit per magazine issue. Store credit of $100 will be issued for projects featured on the cover of any qualifying magazine.
Q: Is Taylored Expressions an Angel Company?
A: Yes! We are happy to be an Angel Company that grants limited licenses to artists who wish to sell their hand-stamped and/or die-cut creations using Taylored Expressions images for the purpose of creating craftworks for sale. For more information, see our Angel Policy.
Q: Why can’t I see the “Checkout” button from my Shopping Cart?
A: Chances are there is a product in your shopping cart that is out of stock. You can click on the “Update Cart” button to find out which product is out of stock, then click on the trash can icon or move the item to your Wish List. Once it is removed from your cart, you should be able to complete the checkout process.
Q: Why am I not receiving a shipping quote when trying to check out?
A: Our system only recognizes domestic zip codes in the five-digit form (no dash or +4 digits). If you are not receiving a shipping quote, it could be because you have entered more than five digits. Please remove extra digits and try again. If you continue to have problems please contact us at [email protected].
Q: What if I want to add to or cancel my order?
A: At this time, we do not allow customers to add to or cancel orders. If you want to purchase additional items, you will need to place a new order. To cancel an order, you will need to request a return (see return policy). Please ensure that your order is correct before it is submitted.
Q: Where are my downloads?
A: To locate your downloads, click "My Account" at the top of your page and log in. Once you're on your dashboard, check the left-hand side of your page for "My Downloadable Products" in the yellow table. Your downloads can be found there.
Q: How do I use a particular product?
A: We have a wide variety of tutorials, technique videos and product showcases featured on our . We also have a number of style sheets and other downloads on our Resources page.
