Q: What are your store hours?
A: Unfortunately, we don't have a traditional brick-and-mortar retail store. We DO have a studio that is open for scheduled events and open shopping hours occasionally. To check when you can come in to shop or take a class click here. You always have the option to shop 24/7 at our webstore (happyjuku.info) and pick-up during our office hours (M-Thursday: 8:30am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:30am - 3:00pm). To do this, type "local" in the website's search bar and then add Local Pickup to cart.

A: To locate your downloads, click "My Account" at the top of your page. Once you're at your dashboard, check the left-hand side of your page for "My Downloadable Products" in the yellow table. Your downloads can be found there.

You can utilize the Gallery in a variety of ways:
1. Search bar:
Once it loads, click "Show all" to get a better view of all the projects.
2. Browse by 'Most Recent Projects'
The most recent projects will appear in the white boxes. For example: if you click on "Matchbox", the most recent projects using the Matchbox will be in this category. There will be a 'next' button in the bottom right hand corner to find more categories.
3. Search By Designer (If you know who made the card/project)
Pick which designer's projects you'd like to browse.
Voila! Here are all projects designed by Taylor.
4. All other categories
You can search by occasion, products, etc.
Q: I believe I have an account with you but have forgotten my password. When I click on the Forget Password link I am not receiving an email. How can I get a new password?
A: Please add the email address [email protected] to your address book and request the change password link again. If you do not receive an email within 2 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder as the email may have landed there. If you cannot find the password reset email either in your inbox or in your spam/junk folder, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you further.
Q: I am not receiving a shipping quote when trying to checkout?
A: Our system only recoginizes domestic zip codes in the five digit form - if you are not receiving a shipping quote this could be because you have the +4 digits listed with your zip code. Please remove these digits to obtain a shipping quote. If you continue to have problems please contact us at [email protected].
Q: I am trying to checkout but cannot find the 'checkout' button?
A: Chances are there is an out of stock product in your shopping cart. You can click on the 'Update Cart' button to find out which product is out of stock (see image below) and once removed from the cart, by clicking on the trash can icon or moving it to your wishlist, you should be able to complete the checkout process.
Q: Why is your website loading pages and items so slowly?
A: Our website is optimized to load pages very quickly and we are always seeking ways to make them load even more quickly. There are times of high traffic, such as release days, when page loads may take a little longer. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes you and will continue to look for ways we can improve your experience on our site.
