Cancellations made on or before Feb. 11, 2019:
If you must cancel your registration and you notify Taylored Expressions of your cancellation on or before Feb. 11, 2019, a full refund will be provided. The refund amount will be refunded to you in the form of a gift card that may be used to make purchases from our online store.
Cancellations made Feb. 12 - March 17, 2019:
If you must cancel your registration and you notify Taylored Expressions of your cancellation after February 11, 2019, but before March 17, 2019, a 50% refund will be provided (not including class fees as class kits are prepared in advance). The remaining value of your Stamp Joy registration fee will be refunded to you in the form of a gift card which may be used to make purchases from our online store.
Cancellations made on or after March 18, 2019:
No refunds are available for registrations that are cancelled on or after March 17, 2019, as all participant items are purchased and prepared by this date.
Note: Gift cards for use in our online store are our sole method of refunds for events. Cash refunds and/or paper gift certificates will not be issued in any circumstance. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Alternatively, event registrations may be transferred to another party. If you choose to transfer your registration to another person, please contact us with that person's information at least 14 days prior to the start of the event. No substitutions or transfers will be accepted within 14 days of the event.
If you are not able to attend the event, and the cancellation period has concluded, then we will help to find the best way to get your Goodie Bag and kit materials to you (shipping fees may apply). Please note that the completion of kits for classes and/or make & takes do require supplies that are only available while at the event or can be purchased from our online store. We are not able to prepare kits without these supply requirements.
